Description

1801 Draped Bust, S-231 PCGS graded Almost Uncirculated 53,Breen Die State VIII. This variety is, ” No Stems Reverse.” Looks like a near UNC coin!

Later Die state, with some Obverse(FRONT) die cracks that you can see clearly. I think it makes this coins so cool!

A nice one cent US coin which was minted at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1802. This is a great example which is tougher to obtain but still reasonable!

It also has choice surfaces with great color mostly everywhere. A few trivial spots only. Graded by PCGS Almost Uncirculated 53. It really looks closer to 58 and could be a great candidate for an upgrade. This variety has nine die states before the die was replaced by the next variety die state for this date. This example is loaded with mint luster for a later die state. I grade it EAC 50/45+
Thank you:-) Greg
